DirectLabs ordering
DirectLabs is an independent third party. Customers using the linked Vitalyft Medical affiliate portal create and manage their own DirectLabs accounts and complete ordering, payment, requisition, and results steps with DirectLabs. Vitalyft Medical may receive compensation from eligible portal orders. A portal link does not make Vitalyft Medical the ordering laboratory or the provider interpreting results.
Service availability
Online scheduling is available only for the services and appointment windows shown in the booking calendar. Other services begin with a review-first intake. Availability may change, and the website does not represent that every request will be accepted or that an appointment exists until Vitalyft Medical sends confirmation.
Not emergency or medical advice
This website is for general service information only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medical advice, emergency care, or a substitute for a licensed healthcare provider. Call 911 for a medical emergency. Contact the ordering provider or laboratory for questions about whether a test is appropriate, what results mean, or what medical action should follow.
Collection—not laboratory testing
Vitalyft Medical provides mobile specimen collection, preparation, transportation, and related support within the applicable service scope. Independent laboratories perform testing and issue results. Unless expressly stated, Vitalyft Medical does not independently order laboratory testing, operate the testing laboratory, diagnose conditions, interpret results, or direct treatment.
DOT and Non-DOT drug testing
Vitalyft Medical coordinates and performs eligible drug-testing collections through established independent program and laboratory systems. Collection method, panel, documentation, chain-of-custody, medical review, reporting, and turnaround depend on the applicable program. Vitalyft Medical does not currently offer DOT oral-fluid testing and does not make employment, legal, or medical decisions based on test results.
Eligibility, orders, and appointment confirmation
A valid order, requisition, kit, identification, consent, participant information, laboratory acceptance, or other documentation may be required. Vitalyft Medical may decline or reschedule a request when requirements cannot be verified, the requested service is outside scope, conditions are unsafe, or collection or transport requirements cannot be met.
Submitting a form or making an online payment does not create a provider-patient relationship and does not confirm an appointment. Confirmation occurs only after Vitalyft Medical verifies the request and communicates approval.
Prices, payment, insurance, and public programs
Displayed prices cover only the identified service. Laboratory testing, kits, shipping, additional participants, extended travel, special handling, rush service, and third-party charges may be separate unless expressly included. Vitalyft Medical does not currently represent through this website that it is enrolled with Medicaid, waiver-certified, participating with any insurance plan, or able to bill insurance. Specimen transport and outside destinations
Transport is available only after confirming specimen preparation, packaging, temperature, stability, chain-of-custody needs, destination acceptance, operating hours, and carrier or laboratory cutoffs. Store or laboratory hours do not guarantee same-day acceptance or movement. Vitalyft Medical cannot control delays, rejection, testing, reporting, or other acts of an independent laboratory, carrier, kit company, payment processor, or healthcare provider.
Names, images, and service examples
FedEx, UPS, Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, kit companies, and other third-party names identify possible outside services or destinations only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. Certain website photographs are illustrative or digitally created scenes.
