Before scheduling, we review the requested collection, age, laboratory instructions, accessibility needs, and reasonable comfort supports. Not every accommodation or collection can be guaranteed, but every request deserves a respectful conversation.
During the visit
When appropriate, we can slow the pace, explain steps before beginning, reduce unnecessary stimulation, allow comfort items, and use flexible positioning that remains safe for the client and collector.
After the visit
We prepare the specimen according to the confirmed laboratory or kit instructions and coordinate its approved next step when that service is included.
